Yes. Signet is aligned with the EU eIDAS regulation and the US ESIGN Act and UETA, under which electronic signatures carry the same legal weight as handwritten ones. Every completed agreement is sealed with a certificate of completion and a tamper-evident audit trail recording who signed, when, and from where.
A secure link is the session. Your client opens the link, reviews the agreement, draws or types their signature, and consents, done in under a minute on any device. There are no sign-ups, no apps and no passwords, which is the single biggest reason agreements get signed faster.
Signet records every event, opened, reviewed, signed, sealed, in an append-only, tamper-evident audit trail, so any change to the record is detectable. When signing completes, the agreement is sealed with a verifiable certificate. It isn't a log you're asked to trust; it's proof anyone can check.

Documents are encrypted at rest with UK and EU data residency. Your documents are yours, we don't sell them, and we don't train models on them.
There's a free plan for the occasional agreement; Starter at £8 a month (or £80 a year) for your own branding with no watermark; Pro at £14 a month (or £140 a year) for unlimited sends and the designed-template builder; and Team at £26 per seat per month (or £260 a year) for roles, Spaces, approvals, contract lifecycle tracking and the API. Starter and Pro are a flat workspace price; only Team is per seat. During the private beta, early access is free.
