Who we are
Signet ("we", "us") provides electronic-signature software. For data-protection purposes we act as a controller for the account and website data described below, and as a processor for the documents and signer data you handle using the service.
What we collect
- Account data, name, work email and authentication details.
- Signing data, the agreements you send, signer names and email addresses, signatures, and audit-trail metadata (events, timestamps, IP address and user agent) needed to make a signature provable.
- Usage data, how you interact with the site and product, collected to improve them.
How we use it
- To provide the service, creating, sending, signing and sealing agreements.
- To create the tamper-evident audit trail and certificate of completion.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To contact you about your account or early access, where you've asked us to.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents to train AI models.
